Whats Going on at NLEP ?

Hello Families!

Welcome to our first weekly newsletter!  Here is where you will find all information regarding academics, field trips, and general reminders about camp. We have started off strong in the first week here at Next Level Enrichment Program. Your students have started with their academics, enrichment, and fun. 

As a few quick reminders:

Parents please remember that arrival time for the program will start at 7:15 AM and the latest to drop off your student(s) will be 8:30 AM. After 8:30 am, student drop offs will not be accepted. The earliest time to pick up your student(s) will be 2:45 PM and dismissal will begin at 4:00 PM. After 2:45 pm, student pickups will not be allowed until dismissal.

Instruction begins at 8:30 am.

Please communicate with the site director if you have any questions or concerns.

No open/ toe shoes for students!

You may send snacks and lunch with your kid if they do not want to eat the lunch provided. Please make sure that everything is NUT FREE.

Next Friday, the children will will have Music & Water/Swim Day ! Please, send your child with an appropriate bathing suit, a towel, and shoes that can get wet. Girls can wear their bathing suit under their shirt and shorts. Boys can wear their swim shorts and a tee shirt to school. Please make sure your student has dry shoes, undergarments, and clothes to change in after they play in the water. Goggles are allowed and encouraged for saftey measures.

The next mandatory parent engagement is next Thursday, June 29th at 6:00 pm in-person (please, plan to attend)

Friday, June 23rd

This week’s field trip will be in-house. Students will participate in music enrichment and a game truck will visit the campus for students to have an interactive gaming experience. 

Friday, June 30th

Next week’s field trip will be in-house. Students will participate in music enrichment,  game truck will visit again and WATER DAY. Please ensure students bring appropriate water attire, towel and change of clothes.
